How to prepare YUACHIEVE™ protein drink?
It is recommended to take 300-400 ml of room temperature water, add 1 level spoon of 40 grams of protein powder, shake it with a cup of protein powder, and enjoy!
※ Note: Please add room temperature water first (35-40 degrees is recommended) and then pour in the protein powder to avoid clumping.
Can I drink protein drinks cold?
It is recommended to use 100cc of room temperature water to shake well first, then add ice or ice water to enjoy a better taste!
※ Normal temperature water is recommended to be 35-40 degrees
Can protein drinks be consumed warm?
Yes! First, use a small amount of room temperature water to stir or shake the protein powder, then add warm water not exceeding 70"℃ to adjust the temperature of the protein drink. Then you can enjoy the warm protein!
※ Note: Protein will clump when it encounters high temperature over 70℃. Please avoid using high temperature hot water to brew the product directly as it will change the flavor.
