SHIPPING POLICY
ADDRESS CHANGES
To update your shipping address, locate your Order Confirmation email and click on "View your order." From that page, you may select "Update Address."
If your country of destination is changing, please contact us at service@yuachieve.com. We will determine whether delivery to the new destination is possible. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply.
DELIVERY CONCERNS
If you believe there may be an issue with your shipment, first review the shipping details found in your confirmation email by clicking "View your order."
If an address error is identified, please contact the designated carrier directly to request a redirection of the package.
Package Not Yet Scanned by Carrier:
Messages such as “We didn’t find an item associated with this number” or “No tracking results available yet” typically indicate that the package has not yet reached a major processing hub. Carriers like Canpar and Canada Post may not scan parcels until they arrive at such a facility. As a result, although you will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment, it may take up to 7 business days before tracking updates become visible.
If more than 7 business days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation and no tracking updates have appeared, please contact us at service@yuachieve.com so we can investigate further.
