How to Mix YUACHIEVE Protein?
We recommend mixing 300–400 ml of room temperature water with 1 flat scoop (40 g) of protein powder. Use a blender or shaker bottle to mix thoroughly — and enjoy!
※ Note: Always add room temperature water (recommended 35–40°C) first, then add protein powder to prevent clumping.
Can I Drink It Cold?
Yes! We suggest first shaking the powder with room temperature water, then adding ice cubes or cold water for a refreshing drink.
※ Room temperature water should be 35–40°C.
Can I Drink It Warm?
Absolutely! First mix the protein powder with a small amount of room temperature water, then add warm water no hotter than 70°C to adjust the temperature. Enjoy your cozy, warm protein drink!
※ Note: Protein can denature and clump when exposed to temperatures over 70°C, so avoid using boiling water directly to preserve taste and texture.
