Refund policy

At YuAchieve, we take product quality and consumer safety very seriously. Because our products are dietary food items, we adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols. Please review our refund and return policy below prior to placing your order.

1. Unopened Products (Eligible for Return)

We accept returns on items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (with all safety seals intact) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
  • Condition: Items returned that show signs of opening, tampering, or damage will not qualify for a refund.

2. Opened Products (No Returns / No Refunds)

Due to strict food safety regulations and health guidelines, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on opened consumables to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you received an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days (1 week) of delivery at service@yuachieve.com.
  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos showing the damaged product and outer packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an unopened item:

  1. Email our customer care team at service@yuachieve.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will verify eligibility and provide the return shipping address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Original shipping fees are non-refundable.)
